Scheduling an Appointment

What does your spa include?

Our amenities include our Himalayan Salt Room (women), Jade Block Room (men), Dry Sauna, Steam Sauna, Ice Plunge Pool, and Hot Jacuzzi Pool. We also offer lockers and a vanity area for both men and women. We do provide towels and robes for modesty. Everything within the spa is communal and completely gender separated

What are your hours?

We are open Mon-Thu from 10am to 8PM, and Fri-Sun from 9am-9pm. Our wet area closes 15m before closing for you to be able to change and leave by the time we are closed. We are closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving day.

How can I schedule an appointment?

You can book your appointment online or call us at (650) 855-9080. Appointments are available every day for all of our open hours. Booking in advance is strongly recommended for holidays, weekends, and groups.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will shorten the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will need to end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full cost of your treatment will be applied.

Prior to Arrival

Do you provide slippers/sandals?

No, we do not. We sanitize the floors everyday. We do not allow any shoes, sandals, or slippers that have been worn outside to be used as footwear inside the spa. Everyone must be barefoot.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before any massage or 30-45 minutes before any body scrub treatment. In order to achieve the best exfoliation for your scrub, you must soak or steam for at least 25 minutes prior to your appointment time. However, earlier arrival is welcomed as the use of the spa is complimentary with any service.

How do I leave gratuity/tips?

Our price does not include gratuity. A 15-20% gratuity is considered customary and is cash only and cannot be charged from a gift card. Following your treatment, your therapist will provide you with an envelope or you can use the envelopes we provide at the front desk. Additional gratuity is a matter of personal discretion and should reflect your satisfaction with our services.

What if I have special health considerations?

We are not able accommodate pregnant customers in a safe manner, so we ask that you call us after your child is born. People with open wounds and other serious medical issues cannot use our spa services or amenities. For other medical concerns we recommend that you consult with a physician.
