visitor? No worries!

Here's a simple guide to help you feel comfortable and make the most of your experience.

Check-In Early and Get Ready

Please check in with the receptionists at the front desk to receive your locker key and towels.

Enter through the Men or Women's side door. Remove your shoes and place them on the shoe shelf. Robes are provided in cubicles as you enter the locker room area.

Remove your clothes and other personal belongings and stow them away into your designated locker. Make sure to keep your locker key on hand!

SHOWER THROUGHLY without any clothing BEFORE entering any of the pools or saunas. This step is key to reducing any outside dirt, grime, or products that could dirty our facilities.

Explore and Relax

Wet Areas: Enjoy the hot and cold pools, body scrubs, exfoliation area, and steam/dry saunas. NOTE: Body scrubs are performed in compartmented areas divided by curtains.

Dry Saunas: Discover a variety of saunas, each with unique benefits.

Relaxation Areas: Unwind in our comfortable indoor lounge area. NOTE: This is the only spot in the spa where cellphone use is allowed.

Important Tips

HYDRATION IS KEY! Drink plenty of fluids. We provide complimentary water and tea in the locker room area.

Check in Early: Give yourself ample time to check in. 30 minutes are MANDATORY for body scrubs. It allows the water to soak and open your pores for exfoliation, so you can get the most out of our services!

Communicate: Our staff is here to assist you. A phone is provided in the common area.

Respect Others: Please be mindful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum. The outdoor lounge area is available for socializing.

For Massages: Go to the Massage waiting area 5 minutes early. The waiting is area is behind the door marked "massage" by the locker rooms.

For Body Treatments: Go to the Wet Area and soak in the jacuzzi for at least 15 minutes. Your scrub therapist will come fetch you by your locker key # in the Wet Area.
