Sort of! In Korean culture, it is customary to be nude in the wet facilities. However, we allow clients to bring their own swimwear if they choose.
Yes! Booking a service allows clients to enjoy the spa's amenities.
Arriving late will shorten the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will need to end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full cost of your treatment will be applied.
We require a credit card to reserve all reservations. We have a 24 hour cancelation/rescheduling/modifying policy. There is a 50% fee for canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your schedule service or bath reservation
We are not able accommodate pregnant customers in a safe manner, so we ask that you call us after your child is born. People with open wounds and other serious medical issues cannot use our spa services or amenities. For other medical concerns we recommend that you consult with a physician.
Yes we do!
To keep our facilities clean for every guest, outdoor shoes are not allowed to be worn inside the spa. Please store them in your locker to prevent them being taken my mistake and switch to clean flip-flops — your own or a pair provided by the spa. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Sorry, we do not allow outside foods in our facility. However, we provide water and house-brewed tea in the lounge area.
Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities before your visit, including skincare ingredients, essential oils, nuts, latex, or fragrances. You can note them when booking or let the receptionist know at check-in.

Lost and found items are kept for 30 days. Please note that lost items must be picked up in person. We do not offer shipping or delivery services.
We do not tolerate any kind of sexual or lewd behavior in the pools, public areas, rooms, etc. This includes unwanted staring or touching, or any displays of a sexual nature. If someone is behaving in this manner, please tell a spa attendant or front desk and they will be asked to leave.

We recommend arriving at least one hour before your scrub to allow time for check-in, changing, and soaking in the hot pool for a minimum of 30 minutes. The heat opens your pores, maximizing the benefits of your exfoliation treatment.
Prior to your appointment, relax and soak in one of our hot pools or the steam room for a minimum of 30 minutes. The therapist will locate you inside the pool area at the designated time.
