Yes. You’ll get a robe, slippers, and two towels. Ask the front desk if you need more. The
showers have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Please refer to our "What to Expect" page.
Arrive 30 minutes before a body scrub and 15 minutes before a massage. You’re welcome to come earlier and use the spa before your treatment. Spa passes are walk-in only.
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa 24 hours in advance. Same day rescheduling and cancellations will result in you being charged 50% of the service fee. Appointments booked the same day are still subject to the rescheduling and
cancellation policy.
Please call us as soon as you can. We’ll try to move your appointment to a later time or switch
you to a shorter treatment, priced as the shorter service. If neither is possible, your treatment
will end at its scheduled time, shortened by however late you are, and the full price still applies.
No discounts are given for appointments shortened due to lateness.
Yes. Booking any service allows clients to enjoy the spa's amenities for the day of your visit. There is no re-entry.
Food is not allowed. You can bring water, juice, or tea in a non-glass container. Glass isn’t allowed
anywhere in the spa, and alcohol isn’t allowed on the premises.
No, our spa is completely gender separated.
Free parking is available in the parking lot in front of the spa. The lot gets busy on weekends, so carpooling is recommended if you're booking with a group.
Please alert the front desk staff of any allergies. We cannot guarantee no cross contamination. Customers with coconut allergies are welcome to bring in their own unscented massage oil.
We do not rent the spa out for private events.
No. Massage oil and scrub products stay on your skin even after a shower, and cloud the water and clog our filters. Use the pools before your treatment. Afterward, you’re welcome in the saunas, steam room, and salt/jade room.
You can tip at checkout with credit card, Venmo/Zelle, or cash. Most guests tip 20%. Every dollar goes to your therapist.
Body Scrubs
You must arrive 30 minutes early for all scrub treatments in order to prepare your skin by soaking in either our hot tub or steam room. If you do not get this soaking time in, your scrub can be less effective and uncomfortable.
Prior to your appointment, relax and soak in one of our hot pools or the steam room for a minimum of 15 minutes. The therapist will come find you in the pool area at your appointment time.
The scrub area is separate from the pools and saunas, and each treatment stall has its own divider. The only people in the scrub area are your therapist and other scrub guests.
We recommend getting a body scrub once every two weeks.
We recommend guests be nude during their body scrub treatment, but you are welcome to wear a swimsuit bottom. We do not recommend wearing a swim top or one piece, as the therapist will need to access your sides and back.
Women’s scrubs are performed by female scrub therapists, while men’s scrubs are performed by male scrub therapists. Guests cannot receive scrubs by a therapist of the opposite gender.
Scrub mitts are washed with an antibacterial soap and disinfectant between clients.
After your treatment, you can use the dry sauna, steam room, and the jade or salt room. Use of the hot tub and cold plunge is not permitted.
Massage
Our therapeutic massages happen in private rooms. If you book a couple’s massage, you will be in the same room as your partner.
No, we do not offer prenatal massages.
All of our massage therapists are female.
We use organic, unrefined coconut oil during our massages. Note: Shiatsu massages are performed without oil.
Please communicate any areas of concern either in the notes while booking online or by informing the front desk staff at check-in.
